Regulations on the activities of the research team "Jurist" in the Department of Law and International Relations 

 

This Regulation defines the basic regulatory and organizational conditions and safeguards to ensure the activities of the research group in the field of scientific and theoretical research on civil disciplines

1.      General regulations

1.1The research team is created to coordinate research among the students in the most problematic areas of civil law.

1.2 The activities of the research group is conducted in the following areas:

  • Conducting theoretical research in the most important sub-sectors of private law;
  • Comparative analysis of domestic and foreign civil law
  • Comparison of the legislative recognition and application of civil law;
  • Identification of gaps, imperfections and shortcomings in the civil law and the presentation of proposals for their elimination;
  • Conducting debate tournaments, round tables, competitions with a view to more in-depth study of civil law as a science;
  • Conducting business games, the decision of situational tasks for the full development of the discipline;
  • Conducting public speaking in order to demonstrate progress on the study of the chosen topic, as well as presenting their own proposals on the theory of civil law;
  • Other works of scientific nature.

1.3 The regulatory framework of the research team is identified by this Regulation, the Regulations of SRW and SSRW of KAFU, annually approved plans of SSRW and other regulatory documents.

2. Organization of activities

2.1  The participants of the research group on civil law can be 1, 2, 3, 4-years students of a legal specialty, wishing to conduct research in the field of civil law.

2.2The composition of the research group is represented by the following persons: Chairman of the research team; deputy chairman of the   research team, the secretary of the research team and members of the research team.

2.3 Chairman of the Research Group is a lecturer, who teaches relevant subjects. Powers of the Chairman are the following:

  • Organization and coordination of the group activities;
  • Preparation and approval of the documents compiled in the course of work;
  • Drawing up and approval of the main activities of the group;
  • Representing the group in foreign relations;
  • Presentation of a report on the tam activities to the responsible for SSRW.

 Deputy Chairman of the research team assists and replaces the Chairman in his or her absence. Elected by general voting on the Chairman proposal, the terms are also determined by the Chairman.

2.4  The Secretary of the research team provides the technical execution of the operations. Elected by general voting on the Chairman proposal, the terms are also determined by the Chairman.

2.5 Functions of the research team members are the following:

  • Actively participate in group activities;
  • Represent their own research in a particular area;
  • Participate in the development of joint activities and work plans;
  • Participate in the development and approval of joint documents;
  • Follow the rules of the present regulations and other regulatory documents and other functions assigned to them in the prescribed manner.

2.6. Meetings of the research group are conducted by the decision of members of the group, but not less than 1 time per month (the last Saturday of the month) from October to April this year. The first session is devoted to organizational issues to determine the composition of the group and approve the action plan for the relevant academic year. The action plan and the exact time of its realization are determined by annually approved Action Plan of the research group specializing in civil law.

2.7. Each session is accompanied by the Minutes of the meetings of the research group.

2.8. In the case of willful failure to perform his or her functions, a member of the research group can be excluded by general voting on the Chairman proposal.

3. Final provisions

3.1 The implementation of the Regulation rests with the Chairman of the research team and other responsible persons.

3.2 Changes and amendments to this Regulation may be made to the general vote on the initiative of a member of the research team.

3.3 This Regulation shall enter into force upon the approval of the established order.

create a separate trial on investment disputes. Organization of the Supreme Court of the investment board to

deal with disputes involving large investors.

Discussion of the 27 step of 100 concrete steps to implement the five institutional reforms of the President on the

further development of the Institute of private bailiffs. Gradual reduction of the civil service of bailiffs.

26.03.2016

Discussion of the 26 step of 100 concrete steps to implement the five institutional reforms of the president to

reduce the participation of the prosecutor in the trial of civil disputes to facilitate and accelerate judicial

procedures of the trial. Amending the Code of Civil Procedure.

29.04.2016

Summing up the year's work. Discussion of the action plan for the next year.
