On February 18, 2020, under the project of the British Council Creative Spark, within the student hub activity, the director of the SMM-agency (Almaty), Radmila Sichenko made a presentation on the basics of SMM-management and methods of work in this area for students and teachers of KAFU.
During her presentation, Radmila explained the rules of formulating a strategy for conducting online business, showed the differences between social network bloggers in terms of subscribers, identified the main 3 groups of methods for promoting a personal account on Instagram.
During the presentation, the hub participants asked questions regarding finding a key audience for creating a business in the Internet environment, ways to promote a work account, professional requirements for a SMM manager and working conditions.
